Refund & Return Policy

1. Business-to-Business Transactions

  • All sales on ZimoWorld.ai are business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
  • Unlike consumer sales, B2B purchases are primarily governed by contractual agreements between the parties.
  • Refunds or returns are therefore subject to the terms stated in this policy and the applicable distributor agreement.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If products are:

  • defective
  • damaged during shipping
  • not matching the product description
  • The buyer must notify ZimoWorld within 7 days of delivery.

 

After verification, ZimoWorld may provide:

  • replacement products
  • repair or service
  • partial or full refund

 

Under UAE consumer protection regulations, suppliers must replace or refund defective goods when they fail to meet specifications or warranties.

3. Change of Mind Returns

For B2B orders:

  • returns due to change of mind are not automatically guaranteed
  • acceptance depends on written agreement
  • Business buyers generally do not have the same cancellation rights as individual consumers.

 

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused
  • be in original packaging
  • include all accessories
  • include proof of purchase

 

If these conditions are not met, returns may be rejected.

5. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after inspection.
  • Refund methods may include:
  • bank transfer
  • credit note
  • replacement shipment

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • customized products
  • promotional bundles
  • final sale items
